Double stochastic trading is a momentum strategy based on two stochastics oscillators. The first fast, the second slow. The slow stochastic is the as the filter.
Time frame 30 min or higher.
Markets: Currency pairs, Indicies Commodities and Stocks.

Indicators:
Fast Stochastic oscillator ( 11, 3, 3, close).the crossover determines the entries in the direction of the trend.
Slow Stochastic oscillator /21, 9, 9, close).IT determines the direction of the trend.

Trading Rules Double Stochastic Trading

Trades only in the direction of the major tred that determines the crossover of the slow Stochastic.

Buy
Slow stochastic crosses upward below 50 level.
Fast Stochastic crosses upward and you can use for re-enter buy.

Sell
Slow stochastic crosses downward above 50 level.
Fast Stochastic crosses downward and you can use for-re-enter sell.

Exit at the cross of the slow stochastic line or at the leves of Support or resistance or reccomended with profit target predetermined that depends by currency pair of the time frame.

Adantages: Good entries with simple esecution.
Disanvantages: needs constant watching, because is a lagging oscillator also if stochastic is fast.

This one is a tricky one. The price has dropped after the news on GBP, the next day, on the 13th, there is another break after a retrace, this is the 3rd break and price has already moved for +175 pips so we could have filtered the setup, however, the ewave has just started to pic on H4 and the risk is only 30 pips. We take the break and it drops again, on Friday we have a perfect exit at BRN 1.56 for +6% profit.

GBP/USD: Same as EUR/USD, no cross of the Ewaves zero line, however, we have a recent divergence. It is still a downtrend overall.
USD/JPY: After the last week divergence, we have a sleeping Alligator, we are maybe already in the "b" move of the wave 4 but that wave is still not official;
USD/CHF: The wave 4 is now official and we may are already in the wave 5 as the price is above the box and the lines of the Alligator are opening. Uptrend
AUD/USD: We still are in the wave 5 but we have reached TZ2 et this wave can become a new wave 3. Downtrend.
EUR/JPY: The Ewave is going back to the zero line and is about to cross it. The price is inside the Alligator lines so we have to be prudent;
USD/CAD: The wave 5 became a new wave 3. Uptrend.

Prices at the upper Bollinger band are considered high and prices at the lower Bollinger band are considered low. However, just because prices have hit the upper Bollinger does not necessarily mean that it is a good time to sell. Therefore, just buying at the lower band and selling at the upper band is out of the question. By definition, price makes new highs in an uptrend and new lows in a downtrend, which means that they will naturally be hitting the bands. With this information in mind, our filter will require that buy signals occur only if the candle following the one that hits the Lower Bollinger band does not make a new low (white candle) and sell signals occur only if the candle following the one that hits the Higher Bollinger band does not make a new high (black candle). This type of candle is commonly known as an inside day. The best time frames to look for the inside days are daily charts, but this strategy can also be used on hourly, weekly and monthly charts. Combining inside days with Bollinger bands increases the likelihood that we are only picking a top or bottom after prices have hit extreme levels. As a rule of thumb, the longer the time frame, the rarer the trade will be, but the signal will also be more significant.
For Buy
1. Look for the currency pair to hit or come very close to hitting the lower Bollinger.
2. Wait for next candle and make sure that the next candles low is greater than or equal to the previous candles low and that the high is also less than or equal to the previous periods high. Despre numerele si ratiile Fibonacci s-a scris mult si cu siguranta se va mai scrie. Nu cred ca exista
trader in lume care sa nu le fi folosit in analizele lor desi sunt destul de convins ca foarte multi dintre
acestia o fac impropriu. Pentru cei care se gasesc la inceput de drum in trading cred ca merita sa scriem  cateva lucruri despre numerele Fibonacci.
1) Numerele Fibonacci sunt 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144,233,377,610 etc.
2)Nu trebuie sa va straduiti sa le invatati, cred ca mai util este sa stiti cum sa le calculati. Adunati ultimele doua numere din secventa Fibonacci si asa o sa aflati numarul Fibonacci urmator. Exemplu 3+5=8; 5+8=13; 8+13=21; 13+21=35 etc.
3)Daca dupa primele 4 numere, vom imparti un numar Fibonacci la numarul ce il precede in sirul numerelor Fibonacci vom obtine o ratie egala cu 1.618. Exemplu: 34/21=1.618. Daca vom imparti un numar Fibonacci la numarul ce il urmeaza in sirul Fibonacci vom obtine o ratie egala cu 0.618. Exemplu 34/55=0.618.
4)Ratia inversa a lui 1.618 este 0.618 si viceversa.Ratia inversa lui 0.618 este 1.618.Exemplu 1/0.618=1.618 si 1/1.618=0.618.
5)Daca o sa impartiti orice numar Fibonacci la numarul care il preced cu doua locuri in sirul Fibonacci, o sa obtinem  ratia 2.618. Daca vom imparti acelasi numar la numarul ce il precede cu doua locuri in sirul lui Fibonacci vom obtine ratia 0.382. Exemplu: 55/144=0.382
6)Inversul ratiei 2.618 este 0.382 asa cum inversul ratiei 0.382 este 2.618. Exemplu: 1/2.618= 0.382; 1/0.382= 2.618.
7)Daca vom imparti orice numar Fibonacci la numarul ce se afla inaintea lui cu trei locuri in sirul Fibonacci vom obtine ratia 4.236. Exemplu: 144/34=4.236. Daca vom imparti acel numar la numarul care il urmeaza in sirul lui Fibonacci cu trei locuri vom obtine o ratie de 0.236. Exemplu: 144/610=0.236.

A position sizing rule determines the number of contracts or shares that are committed to each trade.
It is very easy to see the impact of position sizing at either extreme.
If we trade a position size that is too small—for example, one S&P con- tract per $1,000,000—our trading equity is not being used at optimal levels. Conversely, a position size that is too large—for example, 100 S&P per $100,000—for our capital can increase our risk of ruin to certainty.
Only the most naive and inexperienced of traders will be ensnared by either of these extremes. It is in the area between these two opposite ends of the spectrum, however, where a sizing rule will have the most impact on strategy performance, whether positive or negative.
The best and most efficient sizing principle will be the one that applies our trading capital in an optimal manner so as to achieve maximum returns with an affordable risk.
We will look at four position sizing examples:
1. Volatility adjusted
2. Martingale
3. Anti-Martingale
4. The Kelly method
A volatility adjusted sizing rule uses the size of the account and the size of the risk assumed per contract per trade.
Definition: Volatility adjustedposition sizing determines the number of contracts or shares per trade as a fixed percentage of trading equity divided by the trade risk.
For example, assume:
1. A risk size of 3 percent of equity
2. A risk per contract of $1,000
3. An account size of $250,000
The trade unit would be seven contracts and is calculated as follows:
Total Equity to Risk = $7,500($250,000 × .03)
Number of Contracts = 7($7,500/$1,000 = 7.5 rounded down = 7)
An example of a well-known money management rule is the Martingale strategy. It is derived from a gambling money-management method.
Definition:The Martingale sizing rule doubles the trade size after each loss and starts at one unit after each win.
There are a number of variations on this theme. One such variation is anti-Martingale.
Definition: The anti-Martingale sizing rule doubles the number of trading units after each win, and starts at one unit after each loss.
Optimal f (fixed fractional trading) was introduced by Ralph Vince in 1990. It is based on a formula derived from the Kelly method, which was, in turn, applied by Professor Edward Thorpe to gambling and trading.
Let us look at one implementation of the Kelly formula.

This strategy is specifically designed for the euro/U.S. dollar (EUR/USD) currency pair. The plan is to enter a sell order above the market, in order to fade a move higher, and at the same time enter a buy order beneath the market, to trade against a move lower. In both cases we are assuming
that any directional movement is false, and the exchange rate is likely to retrace.
Such a directional move is likely to be caused by a large order, which would not have the power to move the market under normal circumstances. Since the volume is extremely low at this time of day, these orders now have the ability to create market movement under “thin” trading
conditions.
Setting
The sell order will be located 15 pips above the “opening” price, and the buy order 15 pips below. Our stops will be located 15 pips away, creating a risk/reward ratio of 1:1 for the trade (one pip of risk per one pip of potential reward).
Since this trade is only designed for only one currency pair, the EUR/USD pair, we can set fixed-pip parameters. If this technique were at tempted with any other currency pair, the parameters would have to be adjusted to account for the difference in volatility.
The trader would also have to consider that the spread for most currency pairs is wider than EUR/USD. Because the “playing field” for this trade will be small, every pip takes on added importance.
This is a brief, “slingshot”-style trade that is designed for quick profits, perfect for EUR/USD. This pair tends to have a very narrow spread, making it ideal for a short-term trade.

Entire the trade: fading false breakout
Let’s take a look at this concept in action. At 17:00 Eastern U.S. time, the openingpriceonthefive-minuteEUR/USDchartis1.2583(seeFigure1).
We’ll place a sell order 15 pips above the opening price at 1.2598, and a buy order 15 pips below the open at 1.2568.
If we do not have a trade execution within two hours, we will cancel both the buy and sell orders. At that point, the reason for placing the trade is no longer valid, because the Asian markets are beginning to stir, and volume and volatility are about to increase. When real volume enters the market, the moves are more likely to be real, so a strategy that fades breakouts would be inappropriate under these circumstances.
After initially drifting higher, the exchange rate drops, and the buy order is executed at 1.2568 (see Figure 2). Our stop is located 15 pips below the entry point, at 1.2553. This is very important we immediately cancel the sell order at 1.2598. Our target will be a modest return to the
opening price, or 1.2583.
Within a few hours, the exchange rate aimlessly drifts toward the exit point of 1.2583, and the trade is completed (see Figure 3). The trader has the option of exiting the entire position, or closing a portion of the trade and moving the stop to the breakeven point.
Fading false breakout
The EUR/USD “opens” at 1.2583; the buy order is executed at1.2568

The other way to protect open equity profit is to take profits when a predetermined price level or profit threshold has been reached. There are many ways to calculate such profit target thresholds. Profit target orders are set with price or better or price limit orders.
Definition: A profit target is an unconditional exit of a trade with a locked-in profit at some predetermined price or profit level. The incorporation of a profit target into a trading system is a more proactive and aggressive method of profit management. The most positive aspect of a profit target is that once the desired profit is realized, it is captured immediately. It therefore cannot be lost like it can be with a trailing stop. The negative aspect occurs when a profit is taken and the market continues to move well beyond this target level. These potential additional gains are lost because our profit target has closed out the position.
There are trade-offs with the use of profit targets. Some traders cannot live without them just as some cannot live with them. Trading systems that use profit targets, in contrast to those that do not, can be less profitable overall but can produce a higher percentage of winning trades and a smoother equity curve. Sometimes profit targets reduce per trade, and total risk and overall performance can be more stable.
Not all systems are improved by th euse of profit targets.Whether profit targets are beneficial or not very much depends on the style and pace of the trading strategy. In general, active, countertrend trading strategies that trade from overbought and oversold conditions benefit the most from profit target orders. Miscare de acceleratie a pretului absolut superba pe perechea EUR/USD pornita pe nivelul de suport dinamic al unghiului 1x1 aflat in confluenta cu nivelul de rezistenta timp de 33%. Dupa cum putem sa observam in graficul nostru de mai sus pretul si-a finalizat miscarea descendenta pe nivelul de suport dinamic al unghiului 1x1 exact in momentul in care s-a izbit de nivelul de rezistenta timp de 12,50%. Dar de ce a realizat acest bottom major chiar acolo si chiar atunci? Iata o intrebare al carui raspuns este extrem de important. Gann afirma ca in piata ceea ce a mai fost va mai fi. Miscarile de pret respecta anumite patternuri armonice ciclice. Ca sa gasim raspuns la aceasta intrebare ar trebui sa ne intoarcem in timp. Urmariti cu atentie graficul de mai jos.
Dupa cum putem sa vedem pretul a realizat un double bottom. Cand s-a finalizat cel de-al doilea picior al patternului ? In momentul in care pretul se gasea pe nivelul de suport dinamic al unghiului 2x1 aflat in confluenta cu nivelul de rezistenta de 12,5% timp. Revenim la primul grafic si ce observam? Cand s-a format bottom-ul? In momentul in care pretul se gasea pe suportul dinamic al unghiului 1x1 aflat in confluenta cu nivelul de rezistenta de 12,5% timp. Este aici o coincidenta? Vorbim de o simpla intamplare? Personal nu cred in intamplari. Tot ce se petrece in lume se supune legii cauzalitatii. Totul are o cauza ce genereaza un efect. Credinta lui W.D.Gann a fost ca atunci cand invatam sa citim cauzele putem sa predictionam cu exactitate efectele. Tehnica de tranzactionare Gann ne pune la dispozitie o serie de instrumente matematice ce permit determinarea cauzelor si a efectelor lor.
Sunt intrebat de foarte multe ori: Ce va face pretul? Urca? Stagneaza? Coboara? Cand si pana unde va evolua pretul? Raspunsurile la toate aceste intrebari le gasim in grafic. Dar nimeni nu poate sa faca tranzactii corecte cu grafice "aproximative".

EUR/NZD dupa finalizarea structurii de corectie a intrat intr-o miscare ascendenta accelerata. In cursul de analiza cu elevii le recomandam sa deschida o pozitie long EUR/NZD cu un prim target la 1.6417  si un al doilea target la 1.6695. Dupa cum se poate vedea in graficul de mai sus, pretul a ajuns pe zona noastra de target vom marca aici partial profitul la +199 de pips si vom muta pozitia la BE+. Ramanem long in free trade.

USD/JPY: We are into the wave 4, but that "c" move of the wave 4 could become a new wave 3
USD/CHF: After the fall of the pair, the new direction is obviously short
AUD/USD: It looks like we are coming into the wave 4, be prudent as long as price is inside the box
EUR/JPY: "c" move of the wave 4 has became a big wave 3 in the opposite direction: Downtrend
USD/CAD: We are still in a big wave 3 up
NZD/USD: End of wave 5 or we are still in wave 4, the alligator is sleeping so we have to be prudent as long as the price is inside the box
XAU/USD: It looks like the "c" move of the wave 4 has became a new wave 3 up, long is the new direction.

Your trading experience will be directly tied to the type of brokerage firm you use.
Two types of retail FX brokers offer speculative currency trading to investors: traditional brokers that provide clients access to an ECN and brokers that operate as dealing desks.

ECN Brokers
an ECN is an electronic communication network in which currency pairs are traded by banks, central banks, corporations, and now speculators. ECN brokers, however, are also known as non-dealing-desk brokers because, similar to the traditional sense of a broker, they serve as an agent to provide customer access to the FX market (an ECN) as opposed to dealing the FX pairs directly to their clients by acting as a counterparty. ECN brokers are nothing more than the intermediary that brings speculators to liquidity providers (banks and other counterparties). In essence, they attempt to find the best price for the retail trader and facilitate/execute orders on their behalf. Don’t forget that there are several ECNs, and the brokerage firm you choose will determine the quality and size of the ECN. Therefore, bids and asks, and the spread between, can vary from broker to broker.
Retail traders opting for a non-dealing-desk broker will enjoy direct access to a true currency market, and the quotes they see within their platform represent the lowest price at which other participants are willing to sell and the highest price at which they are willing to buy. It might be easier to understand this by thinking of it this way: When you look at quotes flashing on the FX trading platform of a trader using an ECN broker, you see the best offer (ask) and the best bid of all available counterparties on the ECN.

Dealing desk FX Brokers
Dealing-desk brokers go beyond facilitating the transaction. They actually participate it in by “dealing” trades to clients and taking the other side of the execution. Plainly, if you are trading with a dealing-desk brokerage firm, when you go short a currency pair, the desk goes long. as a result, such brokerage firms are often referred to as market makers.
When you have an account with a market maker, your trades are not being matched
by external providers but by the market maker themselves. This means that they take
the opposite position and offer their prices to you, although of course these prices relate to the current price in the market. They will then offset their risk by taking an equivalent position to yours in an ECN or other environment.
Since they are not actually placing your order in the market, market makers are not brokers in the true sense of the word although most traders use the term forex broker loosely and include them.
The dealing-desk arrangement, or non-ECN broker, creates a significant conflict of interest between the trader and the brokerage simply because the brokerage firm stands to make money as its client loses, and vice versa. This is a rather simplistic view because dealing desks typically offset their market risk by taking the opposite position in an actual interbank market, but you get the idea. If you are a buyer of the USD/JPY and your broker is the seller, the entity you have essentially hired to facilitate your FOREX trading is benefiting from your misery and suffering from your victory. I can’t think of any compelling arguments suggesting this arrangement is conducive to the success of traders.

CCI and Momentum trading is an intraday system will shortly explain all the indicators we will be using. Time Frame 15 min or 30 min. Currency pairs: majors.
Momentum
The Momentum indicator is a speed of movement (or rate of change) indicator, that is designed to
identify the speed (or strength) of a price movement. In other words you should be buying when the price is picking up momentum and selling when that momentum has been lost.
We use Momentum with period 60, computed from typical price. The rule is that we go long only if the Momentum is higher than 100, and go short if Momentum is lower than 100.
Commodity Chanel Index – CCI
The Commodity Channel Index indicator is based on an observation that the market moves in cyclical movements which means high and low of the price are coming in periodic intervals and in
consecutive fashion. So, if we can detect those cycles we can detect the beginning and the ending
of the trend. CCI is used to help identify price reversals, price extremes and trend strength.
We use CCI with period 60, computed from typical price.
Entering the trade
As I said earlier, our trading time is 5:30am GMT time. You should get to the computer about 5
minutes before 5:30 and wait until the candle finishes.
For indicator values, you should check the chart at a close of 5:15am candle at 5:30am.
I use Alpari UK broker, so 5:30am GMT is 7:30am in broker time that you see on the charts.
LONG signal
We will go LONG (buy) if and only if ALL the following conditions are met:
1. Momentum(60) of the 5:15am candle is higher than 100 AND lower than 100,8 (in other
words between 100 and 100,8)

We can see that Momentum is above 100 (but below 100,8) and CCI is also above 0, so we enter
Long by Market price.

SHORT signal
We will go SHORT (sell) if and only if ALL the following conditions are met:
1. Momentum(60) of the 5:15am candle is lower than 100 AND higher than 99,2 (in other
words between 99,2 and 100)
2. CCI (60) of the 5:15am candle is lower than 0
Then we will sell at Market price.
Example

We can see that Momentum is below 100 (but above 99,2) and CCI is also below 0, so we enter Short
by Market price.
NO TRADE
We will NOT TRADE for the day if some of the conditions are not met.
For example Momentum >100, but CCI < 0; or if Momentum > 100,8

At 22 July 2010, you can see that the conditions to enter either long or short were not filled.
Momentum is below 100, but CCI is above 0.
We will always use fixed Profit Target 40 pips and fixed Stop Loss 40 pips. After we enter the trade,
we don’t manage it; we simply wait until it hits profit or loss. You can leave the computer and check
the result in the evening or next morning.
ALWAYS DOUBLECHECK that you have set your Stop Loss and Profit Target properly before leaving the computer!

Money Management
Rule1
Always use Stop Loss.
Stop Loss (SL) is an order that will tell the system to cancel the trade at the given loss, if the market is going against us. This way it protects us by keeping our loses defined and small. Trading without SL or moving SL will eventually lead to account wipeout.
If the market is going against us, we should simply accept the small loss and quit the trade. All trading systems are based on probability or some edge. There is no system that will only win. Losses are a part of the trading, and what matters is the positive result at the end of the month or year, not today’s loss.
Stop Loss of 40 pips, so you will never lose more than 40 pips on one trade.

The general rule for any system is to NOT risk more than 2 % of your trading account on one trade.
This means that if you have account with $2,000 capital, you should risk maximum 2% of it on one
trade, which is $40.
Because our Stop Loss is always 40 pips, you can trade Forex Morning Trade with 0.1 standard lot
(which is 1 minilot, and 1 pip is $1).
If you have account with $ 10,000 capital, your 2 % risk is $200. Because our Stop Loss is always 40 pips, you can compute the lots size using the formula: Minilots = (risked amount) / (SL in pips).
In our case: $200/40 pips = 5 minilots (which is 0.5 standard lots and 1 pip equals to $5)
So, with $10,000 capital and trading 0.5 lots, if Forex Morning Trade System wins, you’ll earn $200, if it loses, you lose $200.
A good rule to remember: if I use 0.1 lot, then 1 pip = $1. If I use 0.2 lots, then 1 pip = $2 and so on.

Market Analysis of the 12th of January 2014 : Opportunities on EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CHF, AUD/USD, XAU/USD, EUR/JPY, USD/CAD & NZD/USD D1, H4 & H1

Click on the Menu on "Market Analysis" for all the analysis.

For most of the pairs, we have a clear trend on the daily chart. This should give us some good setups on H4/H1

EUR/USD: We are in a big wave 3 down
GBP/USD: This is also wave 3 down
USD/JPY: It looks like we come into a wave 4, alligator is going to sleep. No direction for H1/H4 trades
USD/CHF: We are in a big wave 3 up
AUD/USD: Wave 5 is losing steam, be prudent as long as price is inside the box
EUR/JPY: "c" move of the wave 4 has became a wave 3 in the opposite direction: Downtrend
USD/CAD: We are in a big wave 3 up
NZD/USD: End of wave 5 or we are still in wave 4, we could have a setup soon on the daily chart but for the lower time frames i would be prudent as long as the price is in the box
XAU/USD: Still in wave 4, stay in the sidelines while the price is in the box.
